Complete Field List

The following default record type is provided: User. This sample shows the default fields supplied with Calm in the default order. Please note: the sample record will open a new window, when you have finished and wish to return to this page, use the cross in the top right corner to close the window.

There are several ways in which you may customise the default Calm record type. For example, you can add or remove fields from the record type or change the order in which fields are displayed in the template using the Admin program.

The following is a list of all fields available for the Users database; this includes the fields that are provided as part of the default template plus a pool of additional fields which you may use to customise the record type.

A serial number (prefixed by 'U' as a default), the next available number is automatically assigned from the Admin program.
This field will automatically be filled with a number, when a new record is created.

If you have /barcode on your shortcut line when you run Calm, the UserId field will expect a barcode to be scanned in, for example from a user's ticket.

A number representing status for loans and productions:
A status of less than 3 is OK,
3-5 a warning is displayed but you can continue with the transaction,
more than 5 (or 5 followed by a message) a loan or booking cannot be made to this user
This field has a picklist, which is displayed as a popup.

UserText1 to UserText9 Line of text field
UserType Line of text field
For example, Staff, Guest or Temp.
Items that have an AccessStatus of "Closed" can only be issued to users with "Staff" UserType.
This field has a picklist, which is displayed as a popup.
