Folders Menu
The options on the Folders drop down menu allow you to redefine the location of some significant folders in Calm without having to edit the registry manually.
Application: The location of your Calm Application
Commands: The location of the files which run Calm
Multimedia: The location Calm stores files linked to the Multimedia field
Image Files: The location Calm stores files linked to the
Thumbnail or
Image fields
Document Files: The location Calm stores files linked to the Document field
Default folders for each type of file can be changed as follows:
- Run the Admin program
- First, open a database. Click on the File drop-down menu, then Open. Click on any database in the list shown, then click OK.
- Click on the Folders drop-down menu, then Image files...
- A dialogue box appears.
- Enter the path for the new default image folder and press OK.
If you wish to store images or documents in more than one location you can specify more than one folder for them. You must type in the whole path to each folder, separated by a semi-colon.
