Showcases

CalmView contains 2 “showcase” options designed to enable you to highlight sections of your collection:

• Record Showcase: highlights records on a Showcase page, and also can display a random selection of those records on the main page (as part of the What's New section) and beside search results in the sidebar.
• Image Gallery: highlights records with images attached in a choice of 2 views. These records are only displayed on the Image Gallery page and are not part of the What's New section
  

Use the options below to customise the showcase options.

CalmView previously had a third section, called What's New, displayed on the front page. What's New now simply pulls through records from the Showcase, so records do not need to be specially chosen for it and configuration options for it in the Configurator can be ignored.
