Complete Field List

The only default fields that appear in the Performance record template are Creator and Created. It is entirely up to individual organisations how they wish to use this record type but we would suggest adding the following fields (headings in capital letters): IDENTITY, PerfCode, IDENTIFICATION, Title, AltTitle, SHOW DETAILS, Venue, VenueNote, Company, Orchestra, PerformanceType, PerformanceNote, PerformanceLength, FirstPerformed, OpeningNight, PressNight, LastPerformed, NoPerformances, GENERAL DETAILS, Awards, Sponsors, BOX OFFICE, SeatValue, SeatsSold, ADMIN DETAILS, Modifier and Modified.

There are several ways in which you may customise the default Calm record type. For example, you can add or remove fields from the record type or change the order in which fields are displayed in the template using the Admin program.

The following is a list of all fields available for the Performance database; this includes the fields that are provided as part of the default template plus a pool of additional fields which you may use to customise the record type.
