Parish of St Mary, Adwell, Oxfordshire, in the diocese of Oxford.
Formerly part of the bailiwick of Ogbourne. Demesne tithes of Adwell were granted to the Abbey of Bec Herluin in Normandy by Hugh, son of Miles Crispin. These were acquired by the Dean and Canons of Windsor ( D & C ) in 1421.
