Museums
Calm ALM Museum menu is designed to allow you to manage the material in your care at every stage of its journey though your collection.
Each option on the left hand menu mirrors an option from the Museum menu in Calm. The buttons provide access to information about the various databases within the Calm system. We begin with the Entry and Loans In database, which can be linked to depositor information. Following this is the cataloguing process where the Catalogue database is used to record detailed information about your collections, including their structure, all in accordance with SPECTRUM standards.
Calm can then help you deal with location and movement history of your collection both internally and offsite, and manage conservation, loans and enquiries.
