Printing & Reports
There are around thirty five reports available in the various databases within Calm, designed to assist with various aspects of collection management. There are five different types of report which are used for different sorts of data:
- Microsoft Word mail merge documents: for customisable text based reports
such as Catalogues and Accession Registers
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheets: for statistical reports such as Location
space usage
- html files: for viewing standard format reports in a browser
- Customised Reports: for more complex reporting requirements Axiell offers a Custom Reports design service
- XML Reports: for exporting data to services like the ArchivesHub
The five types of report are described in this section, along with a list of all of the mail merge, spreadsheet, and html reports available in Calm.
