Depositors
The Depositor database supports the Object Entry and Loans In database by holding records of all Depositors, Owners and Lenders.
Depositor records can be linked to an existing Object Entry record using the Depositor or Owner buttons, or to a Loan In record using the Depositor, Owner, or Lender buttons. Also, Depositor records can be linked to museum catalogue records using the Owner button.
A Depositor record will show any museum objects and/or archive records currently linked to it.
