Using the Mouse

The mouse controls the arrowhead pointer which should always be present somewhere on your screen. When you move the mouse the position of the pointer changes on screen. When the pointer is positioned over a field it changes to a vertical bar indicating that this is a data entry point. Use this to navigate between fields and enter data. In Calm use the left mouse button to click on an option button unless otherwise instructed.

Using the Keyboard

If you are using the keyboard instead of the mouse, the Tab key and the Tab key used with the Shift key enable you to move between fields, forwards and backwards respectively. See the Keyboard shortcuts page for a complete list.
