Showing All Fields

All fields in a record are normally displayed except for a small number of 'hidden' fields which are displayed/hidden by pressing the F9 key. These are the RecordId and the RCN fields. If you press F9 on a record with digital content linked to it, you will see the source of the field which displays the filename and if appropriate the folder path. Press F9 again to return to the normal view and show the thumbnail graphic content..
