Show or Hide Field Groups

Fields on a Calm record are split into groups (for display purposes). Each group has a heading consisting of a 'no content' field.

You can choose to show or hide a field group, allowing you to condense the amount of detail appearing on a record screen. This is particularly useful for very long records.

To hide a field group, click on the button on the right hand side of the heading.
To display a hidden field group, click on the button on the right hand side of the heading.

Here is an example of a catalogue record screen, with just the Identity field group shown, all other groups are hidden. Please note that the example record will open in a new window, when you have finished and wish to return to this page, use the cross in the top right corner to close the window.

You can create a field group, or add fields to/remove fields from a group using the Admin program.
