Archives

Calm ALM Archive menu is designed to allow you to manage the material in your care at every stage of its journey though your collection.

Each option on the left hand menu mirrors an option from the Archive menu in Calm. The buttons provide access to information about the various databases within the Calm system. We begin with the Accessions database, which can be linked to depositor information. Following this is the cataloguing or listing process where the Catalogue database is used to record detailed information about your collections, including their archival structure, all in accordance with Archival ISAD (g) standards.

Calm can then help you manage public access to your material in the search room and offsite, including conservation, loans and enquiries.

Use the left hand menu on this screen to access information about each topic.
