Term browser

The Term browser page in CalmView helps the user to complete the Term field in the advanced search form. The browser shows terms from the Calm thesaurus, along with any related terms, narrower or broader terms. The Term browser page contains a name in the internet browser tab, a title, and an optional header, all of which can be customised.

Here is an example Term browser page in CalmView. Please note: the example screen will open a new window, when you have finished and wish to return to this page, use the cross in the top right corner to close the window.

The following options are customised using the Term browser option in the Pages section of the Configurator. Fields highlighted in red in the Configurator are mandatory.

Page Name

The page name is shown in the browser's tab for the window in which CalmView is displayed, in the above example the page name is "CalmView: Term Browser". To change this, enter your new text in the Page Name field and click the Save button.

Title

As in the example above, the Term browser page contains a heading with the default text "Term Browser". To change this, enter your new text in the Title field and click the Save button.

Page Header

By default there is no header on the Term browser page. To add one, press the Edit key (in the Page Header field) to directly edit/enter text, click on the OK button, then the Save button. When running CalmView, the header will appear above the terms and just below the page title.
