Pages

Calmview is designed to enable you to customise your website to include your own style and functionality requirements. It is possible to customise elements common to every page, such as the font size switcher, or the search button. In addition, the following are customisable pages in Calmview:
 
  • Advanced search: The form that asks users for the content they wish to search for in particular fields.
     
  • Change password: For a logged in user to choose a new password.
     
  • Choose order date form: For users to enter a booking date or choose from a calendar (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • Collection browser: A tree display showing where related records appear in a hierarchy.
     
  • Confirm order form: Once an order has been placed, this page confirms whether items will be available on the chosen date or not (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • Document ordering form: Page that appears when some/all of the order items are unavailable (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • Home page: Your Calmview home page, including a What's New section (if based on the Default theme)
     
  • Image gallery: Displays particular records you have chosen in the Configurator for your image gallery
     
  • My items basket: A list of items the researcher is interested in, in 'shopping basket' format for document ordering.
     
  • My items summary: This area contains links, it is shown at the top of every Calmview page, to the left of the quick search input box.
     
  • Offline document order form: Requests the user's name, email and any special requests (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • Order item: The 'Create Order Wizard' which consists of the choose order date calendar, item available page and item unavailable page.
     
  • Orders print preview: Print format list of orders for the user that is currently logged in.
     
  • Overview: The search result display
     
  • Record: The full record display view
     
  • Register user: Requests a UserID and password for a new user as part of the registration process (for document ordering).
     
  • Showcase: Displays particular records you have chosen in the Configurator for your record showcase.
     
  • Sitemap: A list of pages (with links) on your website. The list is indented to show the structure.
     
  • Subject browser: Displays entries from the Calm subject thesaurus in their context, as an aid to completing the Advanced Search page.
     
  • Term browser: Displays entries from the Calm terms thesaurus in their context, as an aid to completing the Advanced Search page.
     
  • User login page: Requests the user ID and password, accessed via a link at the top right of a page (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • User profile: The researcher's contact details, such as name and email address.
     
  • User registration complete page: The final page that appears during user registration, it reminds the user of the ID they have chosen and asks them to record it (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • User registration terms and conditions: This page appears first during user registration if terms and conditions text has been specified (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • View my orders: Displays all past and pending (not yet produced) orders for the user that is currently logged in.
     
  • Welcome page for logged in user: When a user logs in, welcome text appears with a continue button (see all pages section of the configurator).
     
  • Wizard pages for document ordering process: Various pages such as the order date form (see all pages section of the configurator).
