Term
Any string of characters which is indexed.
Tool bar
These provide shortcuts, in the form of buttons, for the most frequently chosen options in the menu bar. The buttons are small icons in a row below the menu bar at the top of the screen. Use the mouse to position the cursor over any of these buttons (for a few seconds) for an explanation of what it does.
Trigger term
Trigger terms are terms which have a number of defined synonyms; searches for the trigger term will match the trigger term and its synonyms.
