Backing-up
It is important to back up your Calm databases regularly. For maximum security it is advisable to keep at least three sets of back-ups, and always back-up over the oldest one. You should keep your back-ups on different disks or tapes. Each time you back up, use the oldest back-up disk or tape and note the date on the label. Keep each set of back-ups in a different place, or in a fireproof safe.
It is good practice to back up your databases before re-indexing a database. Then, if anything goes wrong with your computer or its hard disk, you will not have lost all your valuable information.
To back up your Calm data, you should back up all the the files in your DScribe folders.
