Printing Statistics
Calm enables you to produce statistics relating to the Object Entry / Loan In records in the current hit list. You may wish to
use this facility for collating lists of entries over fixed periods of time as performance indicators or to provide a day-by-day
breakdown of entries and loans in. These statistics are produced using Microsoft Excel, see the page on
Standard Excel Reports for more detailed instructions.
From an Object Entry or Loan In record, click the 
button in the button strip, followed by the 
button. Providing you have Excel installed, it will automatically be opened. A table of entries will be produced, showing entry type, number,
depositor details and date. You can then use the features of Microsoft Excel to manipulate and print the table, according to your requirements.
