Link Names
You may wish to link a Name term to another Name term which is already stored in Calm. To do this, press the Link Record button in the button strip, a search dialogue box will appear to let you find the Name you wish to link to. Once found, a field called RelatedName will be added to both of the records, it will contain the Code from the other record. Press the RelatedName button next to the field (on either record) to view the other record.
